Jos:
Sorry for delay in feedback but work and other things................here goes

  1. Overall organisation and co-ordination - excellent.
  2. Standard of accommodation (for costs paid) - very good except Nazca where the "substitute" accom. was average though the operators tried hard ...perhaps too hard
  3. Friendliness of staff at hostals - very good.
  4. Transfers all worked well. We never felt left out.
  5. Guides chosen in various locations were all very professional and most had a good command of English - making it much easier for us (I'm inherently lazy).
  6. One of the objects of the group was to absorb local culture and I consider this was definitely achieved.
  7. Taking the "gringo" route and making sure we were acclimatised really helped.
  8. The Colca Canyon hike was very very testing. Robyn and I cheated and rode donkeys out. (It would be worthwhile advising prospective clients that this option is available).
  9. The organisation in Argentina was a bit below your high standard. The Latino Hotel is need of a lot of TLC, though it was very clean and tidy with comfortable beds and reasonable food. The local agents did not provide a great deal of help until pushed and our falls quide had little English though she tried very hard to assist us.
  10. Staying 4 days in Iguazu was too long.
  11. I also don't believe we needed the extra day in Cusco as well as 2 days in Aqua Calenties. (this is MY personal view).
  12. We flew through Buenos Aries twice and didn't stay there. Not your fault but I'm sure we could have re-arranged to drop a couple of days in Peru and spent 2 or 3 nights in BA. (I recognise that you are a Peru specialist however!).
  13. Highlight for me was certainly Machu Picchu followed by Iguazu falls and Ceiba Tops (which by the way is incredibly good value despite the Yanks and Poms who were also there).

I've attached a few photos and sincerely thank you for your services. You clearly have a very professional approach shown by outcomes! Russell J Lloyd

PS: We (Heather and I) had the pleasure to watch the finals of the Junior World Hockey Cup in Santiago the day after we arrived. A close friend's daughter was in the Aussie team. Unfortunately we lost the 3rd/4th playoff to guess who ...... yes the Netherlands!

From: Mrs. Robyn and Michael Kidd (Australia),(couple of party of 6)

Dear Josh
The trip was terrific. All the planning and discussions we had before the trip, made the experience memorable. Everything went as planned. Your contacts at each point looked after us very well and certainly made things a lot easier. They were all very friendly, helpful and genuinely interested in us. By the way how is Alex. We believe she had further complications with her operation. Please pass on our best wishes.

Peru is a fabulous country to visit. Plan to go back to South America. Our daughters plan to travel to Peru in 2007.

We certainly will be encouraging people to travel to Peru through you. We couldn't have asked for better advice and service.

Thank you
Robyn and Michael
